It’s the best, I recommend 100%

I ordered a full exhaust system for my bike on 29 December 2025. It was supposed to be my winter project. It arrived 9 February 2026, which wasn't unexpected.

I started the install late February/early March and had a serious fitment issue. The exhaust headers had flanges that are entirely too thick and I noted the nuts wouldn't thread on fully.

At the time I suspected one of the following:

1. The headers were not fully seated. (User error)
2. The flanges are incorrect for my model.
3. The headers were welded incorrectly or for the wrong model.

I opted to torque the nuts, which only threaded on between one and two turns, to 10 pound-feet. The headers did not seat any further, and the nuts only threaded on another turn or two. (The studs were not even flush with the end of the nut at this point) I stop the install, take some pictures, and send it to CS Racing customer support on March 2nd, 2026.

The next day they ask if the nuts are tightened fully to which I told them my 10 pounds-feet setting. They respond "You can tighten them more. Let's see how it sits." They didn't give a torque value. I tightened them to 20 pounds-feet which got another couple of turns. I then went to 30 pounds-feet, which bent a flange and a stud.

Again, I stop the install, take pictures, and send it to customer support. They say "We changed the flanges and we’ll ship a new set to you. Sorry about the inconvenience."

Why ship an exhaust with flanges that are not current? Why tell me to tighten them more, if you already know there was a design change to solve this issue?

I had to replace the studs and overtorqued nuts. CS Racing hasn't helped with this added cost, claiming that I shouldn't have gone so far. But they couldn't be bothered by giving me a torque value.

At this point it's March 9th, and getting into motorcycle season. Not hearing anything, I reach out on the 12th (a Thursday) to see if the flanges have been shipped. Not only have they not, but they told me they will ship on the 16th.

It takes a week to get a customer replacement parts for a manufacturer defect?

I got a shipping notice that replacement headers were shipped March 17th 2026, for a March 25th delivery. On March 22nd I got a follow-up email that the headers have not yet shipped, but was delivered on the 23rd (two weeks later). The new headers are approximately 1/8" shorter than the first set.

Once fitted with the new headers, the exhaust went together as expected. I still can't fathom why CS Racing would send out a kit with headers that were already known not to fit. This install would have been done three weeks earlier if I had the correct headers to begin with, and there wouldn't have been a risk to my engine or studs. I'm out extra cost having to replace studs, and out time having to assemble and disassemble multiple times.

My 'short' advice, if you like the look of this exhaust, buy it! You won't find better. 😎
It's pretty loud without the dB killer but it sounds amazing going up through the revs then it pops and bangs a bit on the overrun!! 😁
It looks awesome, everytime I park up at a bike meet it gets attention and compliments.
I have to be honest, I was concerned buying an expensive exhaust that's manufactured in Brazil then shipped to Ireland, if there were any problems it wasn't going to be easy to fix but after looking through reviews I went ahead and ordered one, delivery took about 4-5 weeks
Honestly, the build quality is amazing and the quality of the stainless steel is VERY high standard. It was easy to fit following the easy to understand instructions.
I've used the bike regularly all through an Irish winter and the worst of it's weather and the CS racing downpipes are still as shiny as the day it was fitted. Most other bikes I've had with oem or the other usual exhaust brands, after a few weeks the downpipes get stained, they look terrible and impossible to clean.
Honestly, I can't recommend this and CS racing enough.

Excellent build quality and looks really slick. The design fits the bike extremely well and seems like it was meant to be that way from the beginning. This exhaust really unlocks the sound of the bike too! It sounds fantastic!

I like the exhaust, seems well made and it fits pretty well. The only thing is it's supposed to come with a removable decibel killer installed and mine did not. When I emailed to ask about it they gaslit me and tried to say it did have one ?? I gave up and just ordered one but now I have to drill a hole in the exhaust to install it which is annoying since it's already on the bike. I'll add a picture, it's very obviously not there and there's not even a hole where there's supposed to be to secure the db killer.

I want to say that :
1. My Z H2 looks much better with the exhaust
2. It sounds fantastic
3. The weight saving are great
4. The quality is great
5. I disabled my PAIR valve by plugging the tube and for the exhaust pressure valve I simply removed the wires

This was absolutely the best exhaust I could have gone with for my bike! I love the sound and everything hooked up so well. The muffler keeps the weight in the center of gravity just like it should. Thank you!

Quality welds and sound.

Mounting clamp bolt holes did not line up. The stem where damper pin slides between was too high.

Exhaust arrived well packed ,and the correspondence with cs racing and DHL was brilliant. I was well impressed, from start to finish

Superb loud bassy exhaust notes, easy installation, all parts came together perfectly. The shipping was quick and done as promised. Overall super happy with how the bike sounds now.

All in all a decent exhaust for the price. It has nice tone, and I personally love the sleek under-belly look compared to having a big can hang out near the wheel like most other products. My one complaint is that it doesn’t come with any directions for install, which is pretty straight forward however, it took me a little time to figure out how to mount the muffler as it doesn’t line up with the bracket that secures the stock muffler. What I ended up doing was removing the bracket on the right side and fitting it inside the frame, using the same threaded hole used to mount the stock bracket. This lined up with the new muffler’s bracket and seems to be how it was intended to be done. Still, without information from the company on mounting I can’t be 100 percent sure.

Makes it very growly. Install was easy. For a 2023 1000sx, the bottom cowling will hit the cover. You can use a longer bolt to hold the cowling in or cut part of the csracing cover.

Cercavo uno scarico basso per la mia Honda CB650R E-Clutch del 2024. Avevo già qualche idea (Ak) ma dopo qualche ricerca, mi sono imbattuto in CS Racing e sono subito andato a vedere il loro sito, dove c'erano vari video, così ho potuto vedere e soprattutto, sentire questo scarico. Il suono era perfetto! quello che cercavo, anche l'estetica mi piaceva, molto pulita e senza molle, perfetto. Dopo aver fatto qualche domanda via mail alle quali hanno prontamente risposto, ho acquistato lo scarico ad un prezzo davvero ragionevole. Per la consegna ci sono volute circa 3 settimane. Ho pagato 105 Euro per la dogana. Installato qualche giorno dopo senza nessun problema. Potete immaginare quanto fossi eccitato al momento di accendere il motore, continuavo a chiedermi se sarei stato soddisfatto o deluso. Beh, una goduria, un suono pazzesco! Mooolto meglio dal vivo a confronto dei video che avevo visto. Penso che sia anche meglio della concorrenza... Nessuna spia motore accesa, tutto funziona benissimo. Ai bassi regimi hai un suono sordo e piacevole, ruggisce anche al minimo senza dare nell'occhio, poi però quando apri...senti la cattiveria, un suono forte ma molto piacevole, non è solo casino è il concerto del 4 cilindri Honda. Finalmente adesso la moto ha il suono che una moto deve avere. Completamente soddisfatto! Complimenti a CS Racing per l'ottimo prodotto. Se sei indeciso non dubitare, sarai ampiamente ripagato.
