Let me start with saying the exhaust sounds absolutely demonic and fabulous! I occasionally get a pop pop and a bang bang. I’m downshifting or accelerating hard. The full exhaust definitely added extra power to the Triumph 800 Tiger Sport which was a plus.
Installation was a bit tricky, no fault to CS racing but one should be prepared to do a lot more disassembly to really get in and tighten down the headers, you must loosen up the radiator.
The only issue that I encountered or did not account for was the center stand. If you have a center stand and you install this exhaust, the cover that is provided for the exhaust will not work, there’s just not enough room, and the cover is designed for a bike with a regular kickstand, not a center stand. I think I will do a custom cover to hide the exhaust a little better and clean up that area of the bike.
Love this. I went from hearing my exhaust sound more like a sowing machine and wanting to sell my bike to now loving its sound. Deep and what I needed. Not a Harley sound but not a weedeater sound either. I’m thankful for it.
Fitment is great but I did NOT receive the same thing as pictured. They say its stainless steel and I received galvanized. The factory pipes look FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR better. This was supposed to be better than factory? My factory exhaust on my 2026 cb650r has a chrome reflective finish. Go look at the pictures and then look at my photo. It is NOTTTTTTT the same.
Amazing exhaust, sounds sick. The only only thing i will change is the bolt location/nut for the db killer.. it looks a bit average when you look at the pipe and se the jole

This unit is PROPPER ! ..... just got back from riding South of Lesotho, South Africa in gravel & rain and without a doubt the unit helped in keeping me on two wheels . Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or re-order . Thank you guys !!!!

The installation was easy makes and compliment my Kawasaki Z 1100 SE.
Fit and Finish is excellent. Honestly, harder to take off factory muffler and exhaust than to put this one on. Oxygen sensor is in the right place, shield/ cover fits nicely and looks finished. Sound has a nice performance tone and much louder. Now the bike sounds like it should and not like a moped. Haha. Was surprised with how much more power it has after install. If you are unsure of the price, the shipping, the product, how its going to sound, how hard it will be to install, etc. DONT BE! JUST BUY IT! I guarantee you will love this exhaust system! Best thing I have ever bought for a bike. 10 out of 10! Absolutely stoked!
Awesome exhaust. It took over a month to get it but it was easy to install, great sound, light weight and changed performance of the bike. Well worth the wait.

After listening to various systems on line, reading numerous reviews, and listening to some of the sound clips out there, I settled on the CS Racing Exhaust for my bike. I wanted to keep the stock appearance, so that narrowed the field considerably. I also wanted something that wouldn't piss off the neighbors every time I cranked it or get too much attention from the local constabulary.
Unfortunately, there was no IRL unit to check out, so with fingers crossed I ordered the CS.
IT IS PERFECT! Big smiles all around at the shop when I went to pick it up (I was pressed for time and too lazy to do the install myself)--everyone was mucho impressed with it. The mechanic that did the install was behind me two days later when I wound it up and he said it sounded incredible!
Just the right decibels, doesn't kill your ears when on the highway, but the perfect growl starting around 3,500-4,000 rpm, and gets better and better as the revs go up. A little pop on shifts at high rpm (9,000+) when shifting with the clutch (but who does that--no pops when using the quick-shifter). A meaty rumble with no backfiring on downshifts.
There is also a noticeable increase in performance. CS claims 4.7 HP gain, and I believe it. Low-end grunt comes in just a little earler as well as coming into peak powerband just a litte earlier.
No tune needed for the install, but I will be getting an ECU flash when I upgrade the airbox.
Get it!! You won't go wrong! The bike was a head-turner before the install, even more so now!
Order #HI1192. Does not fit the 2024 CB500 Hornet. Correct process was applied on order using photo. Received the item which does not fit the bike. I have contacted Hauer via 3 email channels 4 times without response. The only email I received was one asking me to specify what model I had which was already fully explained in my email with order, part number, photos and description. I am now left with an expensive part I cannot use. Very disappointed and do not recommend purchasing from Hauer. You will end up with a part that doesn't work and won't receive aftersales service.

There is an annoying creaking sound where the two separate parts connect—the one facing the handlebars and the one facing the chassis. It is quite rigid, which is good, but even at setting 5 (for city riding), a slightly abrupt movement causes the top and bottom brackets to start bending! Clearly, my expectations were too high! I wonder how well this whole structure would hold up in an actual emergency situation! I have serious doubts...
This exhaust sounds amazing! It's even better without the db killer. Looks great on the Trident 660, was simple to install without instructions (youtube video @CristopherDiniz was the only one I could find) Fits with the bellypans. Very happy with it.
