***ATTENTION! To avoid the "error" light, these bikes require either a remap or a servo motor eliminator. We recommend the HealTech Exhaust Servo Motor ES Eliminator (ESE-D03)*** UpMap is one of the tuners that will solve the problem. All of them can be found online.
Important Note: All CS Racing Full exhausts feature the removal of the catalytic converter. Some slip-on models may keep both or remove the main catalytic converter while retaining the high-flow cat in the headers. As a result, these exhausts do not comply with European regulations and may not meet street legal requirements in certain countries.

FAQ’s

Exhaust Performance & Installation
- Do I need a remap, reflash, or tuner?
Most bikes don’t require tuning, but it can improve performance. Some European models (e.g., BMW S1000RR, Ducati V4) benefit from it. Check product descriptions for details. - How is HP gain measured?
We use a dyno under controlled conditions. Tests are done without ECU tuning using gasoline with 25-27% ethanol. Lower ethanol fuel may increase HP. - Will I get the same HP gains?
Likely better. Brazil’s fuel has 25-27% ethanol, which reduces power compared to lower-ethanol gasoline. - Why do I hear pops, bangs, and see flames?
Removing the catalytic converter allows unburnt fuel to ignite. Causes include reduced backpressure, air-fuel ratio changes, and the AIS system. - How to reduce it?
Tune the ECU
Disable AIS (Air Injection System)
Check for exhaust leaks
Use a DB Killer or Baffle - Will the exhaust trigger a servo motor error?
Some European bikes need a remap or a servo eliminator (e.g., Healtech). Most Japanese bikes aren’t affected. - Is a dB Killer included?
Yes, for all compatible models. - Is the dB Killer removable?
Yes, using an Allen key. - What is the dB level?
Slip-ons (with cat): ~95-98 dB
Full systems (without cat): ~100-102 dB
Ducati engines: Up to 108 dB
dB Killer reduces noise by ~2 dB - Does the exhaust include an O2 sensor bung?
Yes, for stock sensors. If your bike lacks an O2 sensor, seal the hole with an oil pan plug. - Is it Euro 4/5 compliant?
No, our sport exhausts are not street-certified in Europe.
Ordering & Shipping
- How long is delivery?
Orders take 30-45 days. Once ready, DHL Express delivers in 5-12 days. - When will my tracking number be available?
It’s generated when the label is created but becomes trackable after reaching DHL’s main hub. - Why isn't my tracking updating?
Updates appear once DHL processes the package, usually within a few days. - What does "Delivery Exception" mean?
Your order is either in customs clearance or waiting for the next available flight. - Can I pay extra for faster shipping?
No, orders are processed in the order received. - Is buying on eBay faster or cheaper?
No, stock and prices are the same. We only charge sales tax for Florida orders, while eBay applies it nationwide.
Payments, Taxes & Returns
- What payment methods are accepted?
Payment options vary by country. Installments may be available at checkout. - Do I have to pay taxes?
Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. - What is your return policy?
30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Details: Return Policy - Do you offer Military/First Responder discounts?
No, we no longer provide exclusive discounts.

Tuning / Remap
Should I get my bike tuned?
- Most bikes don't require remap, reflash, or tuners like Power Commander, however, we do recommend it for some European bikes like 2019-on BMW S1000RR and Ducati V4. More details are available in the description of each model.
How's the HP gain is measured?
- We have our own dyno and we always use the same bike, settings, fuel and temperature conditions to provide reliable results. All number are achieved without tuning the ECU
Will I get the same HP gains described?
- You may get better results and here's why. All tests are made in Brazil where the gasoline contains 25-27% of ethanol. Ethanol has less energy efficiency than gasoline. The energy content in ethanol is 33% lower than in gasoline. This means that the engine power will be lowered when the ethanol content goes up.
Why do I hear pops and bangs from the exhaust?
- The engine backfire on deceleration is also caused by the too lean air/fuel ratio - A lot of people think that the backfire/popping in the exhaust is caused by too rich mixture, but it's actually the other way round. They're harmeless to the engine though.
Is it road-legal?
All CS Racing Full exhausts feature the removal of the catalytic converter. Some slip-on models may keep both or remove the main catalytic converter while retaining the high-flow cat in the headers. As a result, these exhausts do not comply with European regulations and may not meet street legal requirements in certain countries.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
Do I Need a Remap, Reflash, or Tuner for My Bike?
Most bikes do not require a remap, reflash, or an aftermarket tuner like a Power Commander. However, a proper tune can provide noticeable benefits, including improved throttle response and horsepower gains across most, if not all, RPM ranges.
What is the dB level?
Slip-on exhausts (with catalytic converter): Around 95-98 dB at mid-range RPM.
Full exhaust systems (without catalytic converter): Typically 100-102 dB on most bikes.
Ducati engines: Naturally louder, reaching up to 108 dB.
With dB killer installed: Noise is reduced by approximately 2-5 dB.
Does the exhaust include the bung for the O2 sensor?
Yes, all exhausts have the necessary holes for stock O2 sensors when required. If your bike does not have an O2 sensor, you can seal the hole with an oil pan plug, available online or at auto parts stores. Thread sizes may vary—feel free to ask us.
Is it homologated or compliant with Euro 4/5... regulations?
Although we ship to Europe daily, like all catless sport exhausts, ours are not homologated or certified for street use.
Is the dB Killer included? Is the dB Killer easy to remove?
Yes, the dB killer is included for all compatible models, and you can remove it using a simple allen key from the exhaust tip.
