Exhaust Performance & Installation

• Do I need a remap, reflash, or tuner?
  Most bikes don’t require tuning, but it can improve performance. Some European models (e.g., BMW S1000RR, Ducati V4) benefit from it. Check product descriptions for details.
• How is HP gain measured?
  We use a dyno under controlled conditions. Tests are done without ECU tuning using gasoline with 25-27% ethanol. Lower ethanol fuel may increase HP.
• Will I get the same HP gains?
  Likely better. Brazil’s fuel has 25-27% ethanol, which reduces power compared to lower-ethanol gasoline.
• Why do I hear pops, bangs, and see flames?
  Removing the catalytic converter allows unburnt fuel to ignite. Causes include reduced backpressure, air-fuel ratio changes, and the AIS system.
• How to reduce it?
  Tune the ECU
  Disable AIS (Air Injection System)
  Check for exhaust leaks
  Use a DB Killer or Baffle
• Will the exhaust trigger a servo motor error?
  Some European bikes need a remap or a servo eliminator (e.g., Healtech). Most Japanese bikes aren’t affected.
• Is a dB Killer included?
  Yes, for all compatible models.
• Is the dB Killer removable?
  Yes, using an Allen key.
• What is the dB level?
  Slip-ons (with cat): ~95-98 dB
  Full systems (without cat): ~100-102 dB
  Ducati engines: Up to 108 dB
  dB Killer reduces noise by ~2 dB
• Does the exhaust include an O2 sensor bung?
  Yes, for stock sensors. If your bike lacks an O2 sensor, seal the hole with an oil pan plug.
• Is it Euro 4/5 compliant?
  No, our sport exhausts are not street-certified in Europe.
