Procton Rotational Impact System – Frame Sliders
The Procton Frame Slider is an advanced motorcycle protection system engineered to reduce damage to the frame and engine components in the event of a fall or slide. Unlike fixed sliders, it uses a free-rotating, multi-material impact system designed to manage energy more efficiently during contact with the ground.
At the core of the system is a CNC-machined aluminum structure combined with an internal nylon impact core and elastomer-damped interfaces. During an impact or slide, the external aluminum puck, internal components, and housing sleeve are able to rotate around the mounting bolt. This rotation helps reduce friction, limits torque transfer to the frame, and minimizes the risk of the slider digging into the ground.
The system is mounted using a high-strength structural bolt with an engineered fuse point. In the event of a severe impact, this sacrificial bolt is designed to deform in a controlled manner, helping protect the motorcycle frame from excessive stress.
Every component is precisely machined and assembled to ensure proper fitment, smooth rotation, and long-term durability, while maintaining a clean, premium appearance.
Key Features
-
Free-rotating impact system designed to reduce friction and frame stress during a slide
-
CNC-machined aluminum components for strength, precision, and consistent fitment
-
Internal nylon impact core for controlled energy absorption
-
Elastomer-damped internal support sleeve to reduce vibration and peak loads
-
Structural mounting bolt with engineered fuse point for controlled deformation under extreme impact
-
Anodized aluminum finish for corrosion resistance and long-lasting appearance
-
Stainless steel hardware for durability in all weather conditions
-
Motorcycle-specific design for direct frame mounting and correct positioning
Important Notes
-
Designed to help reduce damage in low-to-moderate impact scenarios
-
No frame slider can guarantee complete protection in all accidents
-
Performance depends on riding conditions, speed, and impact severity
-
Fitment varies by motorcycle model

Exhaust Performance & Installation
- Do I need a remap, reflash, or tuner?
Most bikes don’t require tuning, but it can improve performance. Some European models (e.g., BMW S1000RR, Ducati V4) benefit from it. Check product descriptions for details. - How is HP gain measured?
We use a dyno under controlled conditions. Tests are done without ECU tuning using gasoline with 25-27% ethanol. Lower ethanol fuel may increase HP. - Will I get the same HP gains?
Likely better. Brazil’s fuel has 25-27% ethanol, which reduces power compared to lower-ethanol gasoline. - Why do I hear pops, bangs, and see flames?
Removing the catalytic converter allows unburnt fuel to ignite. Causes include reduced backpressure, air-fuel ratio changes, and the AIS system. - How to reduce it?
Tune the ECU
Disable AIS (Air Injection System)
Check for exhaust leaks
Use a DB Killer or Baffle - Will the exhaust trigger a servo motor error?
Some European bikes need a remap or a servo eliminator (e.g., Healtech). Most Japanese bikes aren’t affected. - Is a dB Killer included?
Yes, for all compatible models. - Is the dB Killer removable?
Yes, using an Allen key. - What is the dB level?
Slip-ons (with cat): ~95-98 dB
Full systems (without cat): ~100-102 dB
Ducati engines: Up to 108 dB
dB Killer reduces noise by ~2 dB - Does the exhaust include an O2 sensor bung?
Yes, for stock sensors. If your bike lacks an O2 sensor, seal the hole with an oil pan plug. - Is it Euro 4/5 compliant?
No, our sport exhausts are not street-certified in Europe.
Ordering & Shipping
- How long is delivery?
Orders take 30-45 days. Once ready, DHL Express delivers in 5-12 days. - When will my tracking number be available?
It’s generated when the label is created but becomes trackable after reaching DHL’s main hub. - Why isn't my tracking updating?
Updates appear once DHL processes the package, usually within a few days. - What does "Delivery Exception" mean?
Your order is either in customs clearance or waiting for the next available flight. - Can I pay extra for faster shipping?
No, orders are processed in the order received. - Is buying on eBay faster or cheaper?
No, stock and prices are the same. We only charge sales tax for Florida orders, while eBay applies it nationwide.
Payments, Taxes & Returns
- What payment methods are accepted?
Payment options vary by country. Installments may be available at checkout. - Do I have to pay taxes?
Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. - What is your return policy?
30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Details: Return Policy - Do you offer Military/First Responder discounts?
No, we no longer provide exclusive discounts.
