We offer a 30-day return policy on exhausts only. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Not Eligible for Return: Customizable items such as Procton and Max Racing products cannot be returned.

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when received.

Include all tags, accessories, and original packaging.

Be accompanied by your receipt or order number as proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@csracingusa.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Shipping fees may not be refunded.
Return Terms and Conditions:
1. Please include the RMA form inside the box of the returned merchandise
2. All Returns must have a valid RMA number to be processed for a credit/exchange
3. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition, with all pieces included
4. Any returns received without an RMA or in used/installed condition will be declined, and the shipper must
pay the return freight fees.
5. All electronics returned need to be sealed and in their original packaging to receive a credit
6. We recommend shipping returned products via a tracking courier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or US Certified Mail with insurance to ensure full credit.
7. Taxes and import tariffs are not refundable.
8. The warranty does not cover additional expenses, such as labor, services, and/or accessories, in the event of returns or replacements.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 2 billing cycles for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If payment was processed by Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon, etc, you will not be refunded the processing fee:
Credit card - up to 3.6% + $0.30.
PayPal - up to 4.99% + $0.49
Shop Pay installment - up to 7.9% + $0.30
Bancontact - up to 3.6% + $0.30.
iDeal - up to 3.6% + $0.30.
Payments made with iDEAL cards can be refunded within 180 days of the original charge.
Customers can pay using Bancontact only when they are located in Belgium and they are making a payment in euros.
