We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in the world, with DHL Express.
- DHL Express averages 5-12 days for international deliveries for items in stock. Production time must be considered.
ABOUT OUR SHIPPING
We offer 100% reliable delivery services via trusted DHL Express courier services worldwide.
Shipping is calculated automatically by DHL Express on checkout.
We’ll need your daytime address and cellphone number for door-to-door delivery. Once the parcel is sent, we'll provide you with the tracking number.
All prices exclude local taxes and duties. Please check your local tax and duty rates before placing your order.
We shall use our best endeavors to ensure that all products purchased on the CS RACING EXHAUST website will be delivered to major city centers within the estimated shipping time.
PROTECT YOUR ORDER WITH NAVIDIUM
There’s no need to wait weeks (or longer) for claims to be processed by shipping carriers. For only 2.5% of the value of the content, 100% protect your parcel, and receive our No-Hassle refund or replacement right away.
WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST- The carrier status states "delivered," but you have not received it. Depending on your location, we request that you allow up to 7 business days but no longer than 15 business days for United States domestic shipments (and 20 business days for international shipments, including Canada), for your parcel to be delivered after shipping. Sometimes, the carrier prematurely marks it as delivered and attempts redelivery, only for it to then turn up in a secure location at your property or perhaps be misdelivered.
- If your carrier status is not "delivered," your tracking information has not been updated for at least 2 weeks from the ship date.
We reserve the right to classify this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the network and we are aware of potential delays. Otherwise, we will offer a refund or replacement immediately.
WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED
- Items arrive considerably damaged in transit.
- Something is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit
Please contact us immediately at info@csracingusa.com or +1 813 606 3631 if your items have arrived damaged or if any items are missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.
WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to invalid/incorrect address information provided by you
- Delays in transit
- Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to a pre-order or delay in shipping during high-volume periods (ex., Holidays).
- International orders stuck in customs - we can't be held responsible for customs delays. Please contact your chosen carrier and pay the required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return-to-sender fees, and these will be deducted from your refund.
- Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are in an unsellable condition
- If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing, this waives your right to any claim, as per the carrier's terms and conditions. All packages require the signature of the receiver.
- If you are unsatisfied with their product, Navidium is not a product replacement plan. Rather, please request a return or exchange within our 30-day return period.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@csracingusa.com from the email address you used to place your order. A member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you within 1-2 working days. What to include in your claim:
- Subject line: CLAIM for order #12345 (your order#)
- Description of your issue
- Photo evidence of damage
We will continue to track your parcel, and should it arrive, we request that it be sent back to us.
By selecting Navidium shipping protection, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We ask that you do not contact us regarding a missing parcel until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed lost.
This is our in-house protection policy. Navidium shipping protection is non-refundable.
OUR POLICY FOR UNPROTECTED PARCELS
We will diligently follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your parcel or deem it lost. This may take up to 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.
If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor, or is at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an email with LIVE tracking details with DHL Express. If in doubt, contact us.
THE FINE PRINT
CS RACING EXHAUST does its utmost to serve customers as quickly as possible.
In actual fact, it excites us to do it quicker every day.
It is, however, a reality that delivery companies are sometimes subject to strikes and other delays.
It is most certainly in the minority that a problem arises.
Should any delay happen, we will follow up, lodge, and handle queries with the particular courier company.
